As our Landscape Crew Leader, you are the "Face of the Team" at our Westmont Drive location. You will move beyond daily tasks to take full ownership of site quality and team performance. Requirements
- Valid NC Driver’s License
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of landscaping experience
- Proven leadership ability
Responsibilities
- Lead by Example: Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the crew, and ensure every property meets our "magazine-ready" standards.
- Team Development: Train new members and motivate your team as a Landscape Supervisor to hit daily production goals safely.
- Quality Control: Act as the final eye on every job, ensuring precision edging, pruning, and turf care.
