About The Position

As our Landscape Crew Leader, you are the "Face of the Team" at our Westmont Drive location. You will move beyond daily tasks to take full ownership of site quality and team performance. Lead by Example: Assign daily tasks, set the pace for the crew, and ensure every property meets our "magazine-ready" standards. Team Development: Train new members and motivate your team as a Landscape Supervisor to hit daily production goals safely. Quality Control: Act as the final eye on every job, ensuring precision edging, pruning, and turf care. Requirements

Valid NC Driver’s License
Clean driving record
2+ years of landscaping experience
Proven leadership ability
Strong communication skills
Comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions
Passion for creating beautiful landscapes

Nice To Haves

Deep knowledge of commercial landscaping, including equipment operation and plant health
Positive, "can-do" energy that inspires your crew
