About The Position

As a Landscape Center Manager with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials, you will be primarily responsible for the daily operations and inventory of the Landscape Center. Why apply? About the Role  Responsibilities: Develop and instill a culture of teamwork with focus on responsible reliable revenue growth that meets or exceeds expectations. Work with Quikrete Aggregates GM and associated resources to analyze branch financials, operations, vendor partners relationships, product mix, and pricing to implement tactics and strategies for success. Identify performance gaps and provide corrective instruction. Manage employee and daily operations. Contribute to a culture of continuous education for employees and customers.  Lead safety and sales meetings. Advance marketing and merchandising opportunities as provided or as they present.  Support & develop brand recognition with execution of local promotional opportunities. i.e., Trade Shows, email campaigns, promotional literature, etc. Meet with customers and promote sales. Manage and resolve customer issues. Adhere to organizational exactness with inventory management. Observe best practices that achieves appropriate product flow at efficient levels that deliver sustainable revenue growth.  Administer compliance to a prompt accurate receiving process that assures quality. Control rigid compliance to inventory accuracy. React to slow or obsolete stock with immediate corrective action. Provide oversight to assistants, sales, customer service, and operations staff. Review facilities for safety, appearance, and displays with your appropriate team members. Uphold equipment awareness on safety, maintenance, and schedules. Operate within company policy and submit reports as requested. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task numerous projects at different stages. Knowledgeable with materials used in construction as well as the correct installation techniques is helpful. Warehouse or yard inventory management. Servant leadership style. Technologically savvy and willing to work with computers, tablets, and various software programs.
