Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years of strong management experience, OR a combination of education and 4+ years of management experience
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A passion for people development and building great teams
  • Valid state driver's license (clean record required)
  • Ability to obtain a Driver's Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead with vision. Manage all landscape design and installation operations, setting bold short- and long-term goals — then hitting them.
  • Build a team worth bragging about. Recruit, interview, coach, and retain the kind of associates who make you want to show up every day.
  • Develop your people. Evaluate performance with honesty and care, helping every team member become their very best.
  • Know your numbers. Manage department financials with clarity, constructing monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets.
  • Set the standard. Drive quality and productivity, stay ahead of industry trends, and keep Ryan at the front of the pack.
