Position Summary: The Land Manager – Permian Basin is responsible for overseeing all land activities in support of exploration and production operations within the Permian Basin. This role provides leadership and strategic direction for lease acquisition, surface and mineral negotiations, contract management, and regulatory compliance. The Land Manager will lead a team of land and regulatory professionals and collaborate with operations, geology, drilling, and completions teams to optimize the company’s acreage position, maximize value, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role reports to the Vice President, Land.
