About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our high-throughput Research Operations team. In this role, you will operate automated liquid handling systems and other laboratory automation platforms to execute large-scale workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art automation technologies while contributing directly to projects that drive our company’s growth. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field (or equivalent laboratory experience).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
  • Comfortable working with technology and learning new instrumentation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, with a positive and proactive approach to problem solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior laboratory experience (academic or industry) with pipetting, molecular biology techniques, microbiology or physical/materials science.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain automated liquid handling systems (e.g., Hamilton, Lynx, Echo, or similar) to run high-throughput workflows.
  • Prepare reagents, samples, and consumables for automated and manual experiments.
  • Follow detailed standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and throughput.
  • Monitor workflow performance, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate when necessary.
  • Record, organize, and maintain experimental data with high attention to detail.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with scientists and engineers to support diverse projects across life sciences and physical sciences.
