Requirements
- One year of direct lab experience or Associates related degree which includes six months related lab experience.
- Demonstrated experience in MS Office or similar software.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of mechanical/maintenance experience.
- Previous experience working with chemicals.
- Previous experience working with oil analysis.
- Previous experience working with lab equipment (ICP, viscometers, particle analysis, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Performs routine oil analysis testing, including operation of lab equipment and utilization of current LIMS.
- Prepares samples for analysis using appropriate techniques and performs sample preparation for quality control program.
- Maintains laboratory instrumentation and equipment.
- Perform various administrative duties, including but not limited to, ordering supplies (stock issues, direct charge, etc.), departmental communications, site interactions (verbal and written), etc.
- Assists in laboratory personnel training.
- Performs other duties as required.
