6819 Temporary Staff: LABORATORY ASSISTANT - Machine Tool Technology
About The Position
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the MTT-Machine Tool Tech department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following. Assist the MTT instructor with students in the lab and classroom Perform MTT housekeeping duties Perform minor maintenance and repair on MTT lab equipment Perform other duties which can vary and change daily as requested by supervisor Assist with maintaining a safe work environment for students and enforce all safety rules. Assist with inventory management of perishables. Perform other tasks and duties independently as required by the instructor. Requirements
- An Associate Degree in Machine Tool Technology; OR
- A High School Diploma and work/educational experience in industrial setting.

- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
