Labor Relations Director II The Labor Relations Director is responsible for and a key participant in the development and implementation of industry-specific and comprehensive HR policies and programs, management of union/management relationships, collective bargaining, and union avoidance for certain business units within the Company as part of the Shared Services Team. This position will evaluate applicable laws and regulations, sit first chair in collective bargaining, provide guidance and advice on contract compliance, manage and prepare arbitrations, while serving as a business partner to senior leadership.
