Labor and Employment Associate
About The Position
Wiggin and Dana LLP seeks a Labor and Employment Associate for its New Haven, Hartford, Stamford, or New York City office. Qualified applicants will have 3-4 years of law firm experience representing companies in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, as well as advising and counseling management on employee relations issues. Excellent writing skills and top academic credentials required. Admission to either Connecticut or New York Bar required, admission to both preferred. The target base pay range for this role in Connecticut and New York is $180,000 - $210,000 and is dependent on experience, geography, and other relevant factors.
