About The Position

Our client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its nationally recognized practice. The firm is looking for candidates with three to six (ONLY) years of meaningful experience , with a strong preference for those who have completed a federal judicial clerkship . Ideal candidates will bring excellent academic credentials , strong legal writing and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while assuming significant responsibility early in their tenure.

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience , including federal judicial clerkship and law firm associate experience
• Prior Labor & Employment experience strongly preferred; candidates with a demonstrated interest in L&E will also be considered
• Excellent academic credentials (high GPA; top 30 law school preferred) - GPA MUST BE ON THEIR RESUME
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• NO Job Hoppers!

Responsibilities

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters for a sophisticated, national client base
• Take ownership of substantive legal work and drive case strategy and outcomes
• Work closely with shareholders, gaining meaningful responsibility and direct client interaction
