About The Position

The Label Design Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining label templates meeting internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. In addition, the Label Design Coordinator will assist in the maintenance of the systems used to generate the finished product label in production, minimize opportunities for error during label generation, and manage a database of label requirements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • PC proficient; experience with label design software preferred
  • Ability to accurately perform math calculations
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work independently with verbal or written instructions
  • Ability to develop an understanding of Indium Corporation products and services
  • Provide own source of transportation for any local/day travel, including travel between Indium Corporation facilities

Nice To Haves

  • PC proficient; experience with label design software preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design, modify, and maintain a library of label templates that meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain the associations between label templates and customers, ship to addresses, and items to ensure the correct templates are populated in Production
  • Create and maintain validated data sources within the Corporate Information System to ensure the correct data is populated onto templates in Production
  • Populate and maintain any data used in the Corporate Information System to generate labels
  • Advise on the preferred method of communicating internal, customer, or regulatory requirements to Production
  • Manage a database of label template requirements
  • Create purchase requisitions up to level of authority
  • Uphold the standards necessary to maintain our business certifications and to maintain good quality standards and practices associated with them
  • Ensure a safe working environment including following all safety rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Ensure the work area is clean and orderly
  • Attend trainings as required
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
