What You Will Do: As a Lab Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our metal and plastic containers. Your responsibilities will include: Performing routine and complex testing to evaluate container integrity and product interactions. Using microscopes and conducting destructive and non-destructive tests to determine shelf life. Supporting R&D projects, quality confirmations, and complaint investigations related to corrosion, discoloration, flavor issues, and spoilage. Applying written safety procedures and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe work environment with established standards and guidelines. Collecting, interpreting, and reporting data accurately and professionally. Maintaining lab equipment, ordering supplies, and ensuring a safe, clean work environment. Assisting with training, providing backup support to team members, and participating in facility tours. What You Bring: Associate degree in science, laboratory or related field or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. Physical capability to lift up to 40 lbs and work seated or standing for extended periods. Comfort with repetitive motions, chemical and solvent exposure, and occasional high-noise or biohazard environments. Ability to travel as needed for training and business activities. Requirements
