Summary: Assemble rack-mountable cabinet. Assemble test equipment into a rack mountable cabinet (up to 50lbs weight on some equipment). Assemble electronic modules and assemblies into a test enclosure. Solder cables, connectors and interconnect all instruments inside the rack to: Power sources (110-220 VAC and 48VDC – safety factor) Fiber Optic Cables ( level up to 23 dBm – safety factor) Execute test SW programs to verify the tester is assembled correctly. Safety Training: Technician must have knowledge of safety with using assembly tools, soldering irons, electrical connections (DC and AC), fiber optic laser safety, able to lift up to 50 lbs.
