Lab & Operations Coordinator Role overview The Lab & Operations Coordinator plays a critical cross-functional role supporting Ereztech’s laboratory and operational teams. This position is responsible for coordinating purchasing, inventory management, shipping and receiving, vendor sourcing, and project support to ensure the smooth flow of materials and supplies across the organization. The ideal candidate has experience working in a scientific or chemical environment and is highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented. Key deliverables for this role Order laboratory and office supplies to support ongoing operations. Source and evaluate vendors for equipment, materials, and services. Request quotes, track orders, and follow-up on deliveries. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers. Track inventory levels of chemical canisters, consumables, and materials. Perform inventory transactions and updates within SAP. Coordinate internal distribution of materials from inventory. Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconciliations. Serve as a back -up for managing inbound and outbound shipments. Assist with scheduling projects and operational initiatives. Coordinate material needs for R&D and production projects. Support cross-functional teams with supply chain and logistics needs. Identify process improvement opportunities within operations.
