Imagine what you could do here!We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Safety Lab Manager to lead operations of our Product Safety Laboratory, supporting the evaluation and certification of consumer electronics. This role blends technical depth in product safety standards (IEC 62368-1) with strong operational, leadership, and continuous improvement capabilities. The Lab Manager will champion testing integrity, maintain global accreditation standards, and drive efficiency through data-driven insights, and teamwork. Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product safety testing or laboratory operations
- Hands-on experience certifying consumer electronics under IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60950, 62368, 62133, and 60065 under CB Scheme.
- Demonstrated impact in reducing process waste, accelerating test turnaround, and enhancing data quality by implementing Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and Lean principles.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Python, or equivalent tools for data analysis, automation, and real-time KPI visualization.
- Experience implementing and managing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Formal training in Lean, and Master Belt or Black Belt Six Sigma Certifications.
