About The Position

L2-Field Supervisor (Supervisor) Overview TRIDENT MISSION TRIDENT is a company of dedicated Security Specialists focused on providing superior Tier-1 level security support services to our customers, on time and at the best possible price. As the first line Supervisor, the Standard Assistance Supervisor is critical to the success of this mission. You are the eyes and ears of TRIDENT and the first line of support for our Security Specialists. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Two-year minimum of security experience
Must possess a valid/current State Driver’s License
Must possess a valid/current State Guard Card

You are required to drive a company vehicle between sites.

You are required to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Ensure all active posts (including temporary or ad-hoc jobs) are always covered during your shift. This includes handling call-offs and finding suitable coverage as needed. This may include staffing posts where suitable coverage cannot be found.
Oversee the workflow, schedules, and assignments of the Security Specialists across multiple locations.
Inspect every active post and Security Specialist at least once per week to ensure the quality and compliance in the following areas: Security Specialist's well-being, including health and safety Compliance with Customer requirements Compliance with TRIDENT requirements Uniform quality and compliance Post orders are always up to date and relevant.
Receive, document, and escalate Security Specialist questions and concerns.
Provide ongoing documented field training for new and existing Security Specialists.
Ensure every Security Specialist is visited at least twice per shift.
Answer telephone calls, take messages, answer questions, and provide information as needed, referring and escalating issues to the appropriate resources as needed.
Respond to and report all emergency situations during your shift.
Write reports of daily activities and irregularities as required by Trident, such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
Any other duties as assigned by Trident.
