About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Developer proficient in KORE.ai to join our technology team. This role requires strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js, alongside expertise in developing and deploying chatbots and voice bots. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of conversational AI, AI/NLP/ML technologies, and experience with scalable, high-availability platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Strong background in conversational AI platforms and chatbot development.
• Experience with Node.js for chatbot backend technology.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Solid understanding of code documentation and handover processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to Generative AI concepts and their application in conversational AI products.
• Ability to lead technical design sessions and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Kore.ai certification is "Nice to Have"
