GCyber is seeking a Knowledge Manager, to support our government customer. As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring mission partners have access to the operational capabilities they need, driving organizational improvement and operational excellence. As the Knowledge Manager, you will: Support and sustain Knowledge Management across people, processes, and tools to improve organizational effectiveness, including maintenance and enhancement of CESO ITSS KM environments in coordination with government leadership. Translate operational requirements into integrated, doctrinally sound processes and technical solutions; design, document, and orchestrate workflows that support mission execution. Provide technical expertise and oversight across communications, time management, quality assurance/control, process development, risk management, and records management (including metadata structure and program facilitation). Implement and manage change management activities, including establishing and maintaining a Change Request schedule, tracking and updating policies and procedures, and resolving application defects through the full lifecycle. Support mission-critical and time-sensitive requirements, including facilitation and documentation of battle rhythm events (e.g., KM Working Group and KM Board) and responding to ad hoc organizational needs.
