EFESO. Real results, Together Role: EFESO Management Consultants is seeking a Knowledge Manager to lead the development, organization, and continuous improvement of our internal knowledge ecosystem. In this role, you will curate, structure, and maintain the firm’s collective knowledge—ensuring that client experiences, project insights, methodologies, case studies, and commercial materials are captured, accessible, and leveraged across the organization. The Knowledge Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that knowledge is actively applied to improve project outcomes, enhance efficiency, strengthen EFESO’s market attractiveness, and increase the business impact of our consulting capabilities. The Knowledge Manager role at EFESO Management Consultants offers a unique opportunity to shape how the organization captures, applies, and amplifies its intellectual capital globally. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, experience managing knowledge within a consulting or professional services environment, and a deep understanding of best practices in knowledge governance, content management, and organizational information flows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, knowledge management, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite tools, content and management systems and digital knowledge management technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates a collaborative, community-oriented mindset aligned with EFESO practice culture (contribution, transparency, continuous progression).
  • High integrity and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), a plus
  • Experience with AI-enabled search, classification, and content-management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the systematic collection of project deliverables, client insights, case studies, and best practices across global teams.
  • Work closely with consultants and project managers to ensure knowledge contributions are complete, high-quality, and aligned to knowledge taxonomy standards.
  • Maintain and evolve commercial content repositories, including capability decks, proposal templates, methodologies, and reference materials.
  • Curate and update reusable knowledge assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.
  • Manage and optimize the firm’s Knowledge Management platforms and tools.
  • Develop and enforce standards, workflows, metadata requirements, and governance for knowledge submissions.
  • Ensure the integrity and searchability of information through indexing, tagging, version control, and regular audits.
  • Support consultants with finding and using relevant knowledge assets to strengthen delivery quality and consistency
  • Train teams in knowledge-capture methods and effective use of knowledge systems.
  • Facilitate cross-practice collaboration by fostering vibrant communities of practice and knowledge exchange across regions and service lines.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, consulting, and practice teams to ensure commercial materials are current, relevant, and consistent with EFESO offerings.
  • Contribute to training materials and internal academy content that promote EFESO methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze knowledge usage trends and identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to improve accessibility, efficiency, and user experience of knowledge assets and systems.
  • Collaborate with Practice Leaders to support ongoing refinement of service offerings, methodologies, and value propositions.
  • Support sales efforts by providing insights, case studies, and targeted materials that improve EFESO’s market positioning.
