MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT Knowledge Manager: Oversees knowledge management (KM) services to deliver, operate, and maintain all KM capabilities for processes, procedures, and tools to create, receive, validate, maintain, catalog, store, update, and retrieve organizational information. Develops, manages, refines, and matures knowledge content for display and utilization within Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and collaborative technologies (SharePoint Online). Implements staff training on KM principles and practices. Analyzes user and organizational needs with the functionality to plan and design software systems to meet those needs. Performs software updates, refinement, user testing, and debugging to meet the needs of the organization. Coordinates with all stakeholders for the development, publishment and implementation of KM policies and procedures. Designs, manages, and performs administrative functions for the USAG Rheinland-Pfalz organizational SharePoint on NIPRNet and/or SIPRNet, and any other general collaboration/information sharing tools. Develops, integrates, and maintains best practices for collaboration portals. Makes recommendations for processes and integration of tools that can improve automation, collaboration, or data and knowledge processes. May serve as a team or task lead. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
  • Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Required Certifications: DoD IAT Level II Certification and an ITIL Foundation within 90 days of hire
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret
  • Location: On Customer Site, Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Kaiserslautern, Germany
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Experience maintaining all KM capabilities for processes, procedures, and tools to create, receive, validate, maintain, catalog, store, update, and retrieve organizational information.
  • Experience developing, managing, refining, and maturing knowledge content for display and utilization within Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and collaborative technologies (SharePoint Online).
  • Implements staff training on KM principles and practices.
