Silveredge Government Solutions is seeking a Knowledge Manager to develop, manage, update, and maintain KM systems (e.g., SharePoint sites, databases, and internal websites) that can serve as repositories for storing, sharing, and utilizing data. In charge of developing strategies to coordinate an organization’s resources and unite efforts for a healthier and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include organizing the organization's databases, spearheading the KM programs and projects, answering inquiries, processing requisitions, and addressing issues and concerns, resolving them promptly and efficiently. Lead and encourage teams to reach organization goals, all while implementing the organization's policies and regulations.
