As the Knowledge Management Systems Co-op, you will support the Knowledge Management team, and assist with maintaining various custom data systems relating to knowledge services.
Requirements
- Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a firm-wide team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly professional environment.
- Strong communication skills, a very strong customer service orientation, and the ability to balance several open assignments.
Nice To Haves
- Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Auditing certain metadata and related information in the firm's matter system
- Auditing and repairing links in portal pages
- Performing quality checks in document automation platforms
- Assisting with data entry in Foundation and SharePoint data pages
- Performing other various maintenance tasks related to Goodwin’s internal knowledge management systems.
- Assisting with AI projects
