About The Position

The KM Systems Administrator & Integration Analyst is responsible for the setup, administration, and integration of enterprise knowledge, learning, and document control systems. This role ensures system continuity, data integrity, automation, and scalability across the Knowledge Management and Training technology ecosystem. . During an initial transition period, this role serves as the primary technical owner of KM and training systems, with responsibility for stabilizing operations, maintaining integrations, and documenting system knowledge. Over time, the role focuses on optimizing automation, analytics, and system resilience to support enterprise-wide training, competency, and knowledge initiatives.

Requirements

  • Successfully passes background check, pre-employment drug screening, and any pre-employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
  • Proficiency in the written and spoken English language.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
  • Employment is contingent upon meeting company's driving standards, including an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy.
  • Require in-person, predictable attendance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Learning Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience administering and integrating enterprise systems such as LMS, HRIS, KM, or similar platforms.
  • Experience serving as a primary system owner, supporting enterprise users, and managing integrations and reporting is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage complex systems with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience administering and integrating enterprise systems (LMS, KM platforms, HRIS, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, automation, data flows, and reporting.
  • Experience supporting dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong documentation and process-design skills.

Nice To Haves

  • 7–10 years of experience in complex, multi-system environments is preferred.
  • Experience with document control systems and HRIS integrations.
  • Experience in industrial, energy, manufacturing, or field-based environments.
  • Familiarity with Knowledge Management principles and lifecycle models.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Structure & Integration Design, maintain, and document integrations between enterprise systems, including:
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Knowledge Management platforms
  • Document control systems
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Virtual reality platforms
  • HSE management platforms
  • Manage system data flows, APIs, SSO, and role-based access provisioning, partnering with IT as necessary
  • Maintain system structure diagrams and integration dependency documentation
  • Serve as primary administrator for KM and training systems
  • Configure system roles, permissions, workflows, learning paths, and automation rules
  • Manage system updates, releases, and regression testing
  • Troubleshoot complex system, data, and integration issues
  • Own the integrity and accuracy of training, competency, and knowledge engagement data
  • Automate reporting and reduce reliance on manual data processes
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Support leadership visibility into training compliance, competency progression, and KM performance
  • Define data validation rules and exception handling procedures
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison with LMS, KM, VR, and document control vendors
  • Manage system issues, enhancement requests, and vendor escalations
  • Support pilot programs, testing, and phased system rollouts
  • Validate vendor solutions against business requirements
  • Develop and maintain system SOPs, admin guides, data dictionaries, and technical documentation
  • Capture and institutionalize system knowledge to reduce dependency on individual administrators
  • Support KM Champions, trainers, and system users with platform workflows
  • Enable continuity planning and backup administrative coverage
  • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
