Requirements
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience a plus, but not required
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Able to handle a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and general kitchen upkeep
- Perform basic food prep and stocking as directed by cooks or managers
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic areas like the kitchen, storage, and prep stations
- Handle trash, recycling, and deliveries to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Step in to support wherever needed—this role keeps the team moving
