About The Position

Join our kitchen leadership team where you’ll help guide daily operations, support your team, and keep service running strong in a high-volume environment serving thousands of guests. Our supervisors lead from the line — not from the sidelines. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work alongside your team, step into key stations, and keep service running smoothly — setting the tone for the day with a calm, optimistic, and focused approach.

Requirements

  • Previous kitchen leadership or lead experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Ability to stay organized and lead during high-volume service
  • Positive, team-focused leadership style
  • Reliable, adaptable, and ready to step in wherever needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support kitchen team members during daily service
  • Work on the line — stepping into key or high-demand stations as needed
  • Help manage workflow, station coverage, and shift execution
  • Train and support new team members while maintaining standards
  • Delegate tasks and keep the team organized and on pace
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
