Lead Operations: Oversee inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen cleanliness to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service. Deliver Quality: Ensure all food products meet Dash In’s exceptional standards while maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Empower Your Team: Provide the tools, resources, and ongoing training your team needs to excel every day. Optimize Productivity: Streamline processes to maximize efficiency, minimize waste, and keep operations running seamlessly. Champion Standards: Uphold Dash In’s commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence in every aspect of back-of-house operations. Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the BOH Manager on inventory, equipment maintenance, and team performance to keep everything on track.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or retail supervisory role or equivalent.
  • High school diploma or equivalent or interest in enrolling in our employer-paid GED completion program.
  • Drive for results and ability to adapt to change with attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to use POS technology
  • Successful completion of background check and drug screening
