We are looking for a kitchen supervisor with a flexible schedule. Weekends and holidays are a must. Duties would include overseeing staff to make sure food quality is top notch and meets the standards we set for our customers. Helping with cleaning and putting away food trucks. Instructing staff on things such as food hierarchy, deep cleaning, etc... You will need to learn to manage labor and food costs and anything else that goes into managing and running an efficient kitchen.
