THE JOB: As a Kitchen Steward, your main job will be to keep the kitchen clean and tidy and help set up for functions. Your friendly smile and great service will help create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Dish Duty: Load and unload soiled dinnerware, flatware, and glassware in the dishwasher, ensuring everything is clean and ready for dining! Spotless Spaces: Sweep and mop the kitchen floor, scrub walls and trashcans, and keep the kitchen and loading dock tidy and free of debris! Equipment Care: Dismantle and clean cooking equipment like stoves and grills, ensuring everything is in top shape for daily use! Set the Stage: Maintain the dining room's cleanliness, set up banquet functions, and keep all guest areas stocked and ready for an amazing experience!
