Position Purpose: Responsible for deep cleaning Food & Beverage outlets along with Shipping and Receiving area.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Education Level – High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience – None required.
  • Ability to maintain excellent safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Class B Gaming License (As provided for a nominal fee with a clean background check)
  • Candidates for all positions must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Applicants must have a California I.D., a Social Security Card, and a Birth Certificate.

Responsibilities

  • Clean Stainless Steel areas and counters on buffet and salad bar lines
  • Check and clean drains daily
  • Clean and wipe refrigerators/reach ins(Hot and Cold) in Buffet/Brewery
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all Buffet/Brewery Trash cans and garbage bins as needed
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Shipping and Receiving dock and Buffet walk-ins, sweeping and mopping, etc.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, nights and holidays
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Notifies the Executive Chef of any problems and/or concerns
  • Complies with other job duties or requests from the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and/or Sous Chef
  • Must be capable of working under minimal supervision and staying on task with assigned job duties.
