About The Position
We're officially open in Wellesley Center - and we're still growing our founding team! This is a unique opportunity to join My Gym during its early stages and help shape the energy, culture, and experience of a brand-new location. As part of our founding team, you'll play an important role in building something special for families in the community. If you're outgoing, love working with kids, and want a role that's active, fun, and meaningful - we'd love to meet you. We're hiring part-time team members.Ideal for college students, coaches, performers, educators, and anyone who thrives in a high-energy environment.
Requirements
- High energy, reliability, and a genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Availability for afternoons and weekends
Nice To Haves
- Experience in dance, athletics, gymnastics, theater, coaching, or early childhood education is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist engaging classes for children (ages 6 weeks–10 years)
- Help run memorable birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for every family
- Build strong relationships with kids and parents
- Contribute as a founding team member in shaping daily operations and culture
- Support community events, outreach, and team initiatives
