Requirements

• Someone who genuinely loves working with kids
• High-energy, reliable, and team-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills
• Availability for afternoons and weekends (required)
• Must be available for: Afternoons, Weekends, Occasional special events

Nice To Haves

• Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or coaching is a big plus
• College students and recent grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist children's fitness classes, camps, and birthday parties
• Create a safe, positive, and structured environment
• Interact with parents and build strong relationships
• Help with tours, new families, and basic front desk tasks
• Participate in community events and mobile programs
