Requirements
- A high-energy, positive personality and genuine love for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability during the week, including at least one weekend day
- Reliable, professional, and excited to grow with a team
Nice To Haves
- Background in sports, dance, gymnastics, theater, education, or similar is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist engaging, structured classes for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years
- Help run unforgettable birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Create a safe, clean, and welcoming space for families
- Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers
- Support daily operations, tours, and member experience
