The Key Account Support Specialist will join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table experience)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers
  • Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences

Responsibilities

  • Partner with National Account Executives to understand the unique needs and challenges of key customers; gather and analyze valuable customer insights and translate results into actionable solutions to strengthen relationships with key customers
  • Elevate the customer experience by delivering world-class service; proactively address and resolve concerns, anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive long term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Create impactful presentations, design training material, and compile detailed product information to support the launch of new products; tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each key customer
  • Prepare and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives that align with overall company objectives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Art Studio departments to streamline processes, and reduce inefficiencies, ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications
