The Key Account Support Specialist will join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward. In This Role Partner with National Account Executives to understand the unique needs and challenges of key customers; gather and analyze valuable customer insights and translate results into actionable solutions to strengthen relationships with key customers Elevate the customer experience by delivering world-class service; proactively address and resolve concerns, anticipate client needs, and identify opportunities for process improvements to drive long term satisfaction and loyalty Create impactful presentations, design training material, and compile detailed product information to support the launch of new products; tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of each key customer Prepare and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives that align with overall company objectives Collaborate with Sales, Accounting, Logistics, Warehouse, and Art Studio departments to streamline processes, and reduce inefficiencies, ensuring the highest level of customer service Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications Uphold the Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team Be open and honest Reach for excellence Act with responsibility Value the whole person Enjoy the journey

Requirements

3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role
Bachelor's Degree required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and pivot table experience)
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
A friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers
Active and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences

Responsibilities

Partner with National Account Executives to understand the unique needs and challenges of key customers; gather and analyze valuable customer insights and translate results into actionable solutions to strengthen relationships with key customers
