As the Key Accounts Manager U.S. Travel Retail, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of account strategies for a defined group of key customers, protecting and growing long‑term business, and driving the operational excellence required to meet profit targets. You will translate business goals into executable plans, manage high‑value account relationships, and collaborate across the organization to deliver end‑to-end commercial solutions. This role requires deep account management expertise, a strong understanding of market and customer dynamics, and the ability to improve processes, systems, and business outcomes. You will influence stakeholders, implement operational plans, and drive impactful improvements across the commercial ecosystem.
