Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of sales and/or marketing experience in B2B industry in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position

  • Experience in B2B Industrial Sales/Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the Operating Plan and maintain a disciplined, accurate Opportunity management pipeline.
  • Build and execute the Top accounts target list across priority market segments.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Packaging Specialists to drive share gain at strategic National Multi Location Accounts.
  • Lead development and expansion of national end-user accounts across key market segments: Food & Beverage, Healthcare, and e‑commercer.
  • Conduct direct end-user prospecting to increase penetration and unlock new opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio, and Channel Teams to support execution.
  • Build strong relationships across customer buying levels and generate high-quality leads.
  • Provide input into short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with business priorities.
