YOUR JOB Essential Duties and Responsibilities You create and submit all advance shipment notifications You communicate and resolve routing challenges with carriers and customer traffic departments You ensure all BOLs are complete and accurate and all billing is turned into finance team in a timely matter You maintain documentation records to be used to file and dispute customer chargebacks You create and share a weekly Key Account Status Report You route all key account shipments based on customer guidelines You hand fold and poly bag merchandise as needed You re-ticket and sticker products as indicated in customer / vendor guidelines You pack customer orders following strict guidelines as indicated by customer You hanger and size strip assorted products You label cartons according to customer routing guide You oversee bulk pull orders in need of added handling You organize and maintain shipping supplies as needed You back up the Shipping Specialist as needed You support other areas of Operations as directed You identify customer orders to be picked through fulfillment You perform end-of-shift housekeeping responsibilities You follow all safety procedures and report ANY equipment issues to the supervisor immediately Your Personal Attributes You believe passionately in our mission and the Life is Good Superpowers You are skilled and comfortable working independently and as part of a team of dynamic creative professionals You are known for your ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully and constructively YOU'LL KNOW YOU'RE SUCCESSFUL WHEN You meet your annual goals.
