About The Position

Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, and ensuring proper coordination of B2B sales operations across assigned distribution channels (carriers, integrators, master distributors, and direct channels). Leads the execution of Enterprise (EE) commercial strategies, supports negotiations, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures proper documentation and forecasting through Salesforce CRM (SFDC). Acts as a key liaison between the brand and distribution partners to drive revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and expand into new B2B vertical sectors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales, distribution channel management, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B sales cycles and channel management.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet KPIs.
  • Availability to travel as required.
  • Spanish – Advanced (comprehensive, writing and verbal)
  • English – Advanced (comprehensive, writing and verbal)

  • Experience working with carriers, distributors, or enterprise clients is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Foster effective communication between the brand and distribution channels (carriers, integrators, master distributors, and direct channels).
  • Facilitate negotiations and support the closing of commercial agreements with B2B partners and end customers.
  • Support distribution channel executives during B2B negotiations, resolving end-customer questions and assisting in Business Opportunity (B.O.) management.
  • Maintain direct contact with carriers and distribution executives to support pipeline development and deal closure.
  • Prepare customized Enterprise Edition (EE) product quotations based on SKU model, license type (including EMM – Samsung Knox Solution Suite), and customer requirements, in coordination with distributors and KAMs.
  • Support inventory sell-out strategies aligned with specific B2B channel requirements.
  • Support product launches, events, and commercial initiatives to reinforce brand competitiveness in the B2B segment.
  • Prepare and submit EE forecast reports for assigned distribution channels.
  • Negotiate the inclusion of new Enterprise products within B2B channel portfolios.
  • Ensure mandatory and accurate use of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) to record all B2B negotiations, won and lost deals, business opportunities (B.O.’s), pipeline status, and forecasting (KPI compliance).
  • Maintain detailed activity logs, including documentation of calls, meetings, minutes, and follow-ups (KPI compliance).
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings (B.O. meetings, Sale-In meetings) and report activity progress.
  • Provide additional support to the national coordinator as required, including field visits and partner meetings.
  • Must comply fully and consistently with all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable local and federal regulations.
  • May carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned according to business needs.
