We are looking for a customer-focused, relationship-driven and solutions-oriented professional to maintain and grow relationships with key commercial clients, deliver exceptional support on complex service and billing needs, and partner with sales teams to drive business growth. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of assigned key commercial customers, research and resolve complex account issues, support onboarding and contract renewals, collaborate cross-functionally with operations and sales teams, and promote OUC programs and services to enhance customer value and satisfaction.
