If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you! Hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (8-hour shift)

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven experience is preferred
  • Experience working with schedules/project plans is required
  • Be goal oriented, self-motivated, manage relationships, and enjoy a team environment
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Pleasant personality for phone sales
  • Possess enthusiasm, courtesy, and articulation
  • Be service minded and congenial
  • General computer skills including Microsoft Office

Nice To Haves

  • Appliance installation coordination experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Outside Sales associates by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
  • Job site coordination
  • Acting as the primary liaison with builders, fostering strong relationships and overseeing projects.
  • Support the Outside Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations, purchasing and accurate order processing
  • Manage projects to achieve timely delivery meeting deadlines
  • Update customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and respond to sales calls for general information
