Here, you will make an impact by: As a Key Account Manager you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive Key Account strategy that aligns with 3M’s overall business objectives and drives sustainable revenue growth Account Ownership: Serve as the primary relationship owner for Key Account channel partner. Develop annual joint business plans (JBP) with revenue, margin, product mix, and marketing objectives. Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to track performance and align on corrective actions. Pricing & Program Management: Negotiate pricing, rebates, MDF/co-op funds, and incentive programs ensuring ROI and compliance. Marketing & Enablement: Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Enable partner sales teams via training, demos, and content/toolkits. Territory Development: Expand channel rep mindshare coverage by identifying and onboarding high-potential reps and/or branches. Map whitespace opportunities; create segment-specific/geographic plays to win. Coordinate with field sales, inside sales, and technical specialists to accelerate end-user demand. Analytics & Insights: Analyze POS/sell-through, category trends, and competitive moves. Provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership for portfolio and GTM improvements. Measure program ROI and optimize investments based on data-driven performance. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate key account performance.
