Position Summary: The Insight Channel Account Manager will lead Trend Micro’s strategic partnership with Insight Arizona. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with Insight leadership and technical teams, and executing joint business plans that align with both organizations’ objectives. The individual will act as a trusted advisor, positioning Trend Micro’s cybersecurity and AI-driven solutions to meet Insight’s customer needs while fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and technical functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Insight or similar large reseller relationships.
  • Strong understanding of channel ecosystems and partner business models.
  • Ability to develop strategic programs and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in channel sales or account management.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
  • Ability to work onsite at Insight’s AZ office and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow Trend Micro’s business with Insight.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Insight executives, sales leaders, and technical influencers.
  • Deliver enablement programs and training to Insight sales and technical teams.
  • Drive partner-sourced opportunities, deal registrations, and pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Insight’s specialized teams (Security, Cloud, AI) to align Trend Micro’s offerings.
  • Support joint marketing initiatives and events to increase brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring ROI on investments and programs.
  • Align Trend Micro’s vertical strategies (Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.) with Insight’s market focus.
  • Coach Insight Partner Specialists to advance Trend Micro’s objectives, drive incremental revenue growth and improve win rates.
