The Key Account Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining and supporting our key wholesale accounts by managing orders, coordinating closely with our warehouse and production partners, and ensuring clear, consistent communication every step of the way. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on details, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. In addition to day-to-day account support, this role helps maintain detailed order summaries, reviews new business opportunities, and cross-trains on our Wholesale Customer Support platforms to support team coverage during peak times and shifting customer demand. This role will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville Beach.
