Position Overview: Manage and deliver specialized instruction for a diverse caseload (Pre-K through 8th Grade), ensuring students continue to meet IEP goals. Oversee a multi-adult instructional team, including Small Group Instructors and Paraprofessionals, to provide tailored support during core activities. Maintain accurate student records and adapt lesson plans to meet the specific learning needs and accommodations of approximately 20 students per class session. Facilitate seamless transitions and communication between the support staff and the broader school community.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
- Prior experience or specialized training in K-8 instruction and early childhood development
