About The Position

Cross Country Education is looking for a dedicated School Psychologist passionate about helping K-12 students reach their full potential, to join our supportive team for the '25-'26 school year! Position Overview: Lead the referral process and conduct multi-faceted psycho-educational evaluations for eligibility determination. Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices to improve student social-emotional health. Provide data-driven recommendations for Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, implementing the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) process. Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Requirements
- Master's Degree in School Psychology
- Valid Michigan School Psychologist Certification (or Preliminary) (Required)
- Expertise in administering and interpreting standardized tools
Nice To Haves
- Prior post-internship K-12 experience (Preferred)
