About The Position
Full Time benefitted Juvenile Specialized Probation Therapist needed to provide Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, and Comprehensive Needs Assessment to youth and their families who are working with the 22nd District Juvenile Court Services Unit. This is a multi-faceted position that requires licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Virginia. Ideal candidates will have some experience working with individuals with mental illness (SMI, SED, At-risk) and/or substance use disorders. Experience and/or knowledge of the juvenile justice system is preferred but not required. Salary is commensurate with appropriate education and experience as it relates to the position. Must be willing to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes, and drug screening as part of the application process.
