The Enterprise Business Applications Services Division is seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-oriented Justice Systems Support Analyst to join our team. This position serves as the first line of support for Justice-related enterprise applications, primarily responsible for providing functional user support, investigating and resolving reported performance issues, and coordinating with technical teams when necessary. As a Support Specialist, you will work closely with business units, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand operational needs, ensure application stability, and assist in implementing configuration changes required by regulatory or statutory updates. Your role will include maintaining system integrity, assisting with testing efforts, supporting upgrades, and ensuring applications continue to meet business and compliance requirements.
