About The Position

VIP is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our RAS (Route Accounting System) Customer Support Team. The successful Application Support Analyst must enjoy working with others, be a fast learner, have excellent technical diagnostic skills, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can handle multiple tasks and be committed to customer satisfaction. Knowledge of the distribution industry is a plus. Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT Starting Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.00/hour (Level 1)

Requirements

College degree and at least one year of customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers by email or phone
Respond promptly to customer inquiries in a professional manner
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve customer complaints
Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Serve as liaison between the customer and various internal departments
Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, transactions as well as actions taken towards resolution
Follow up on customer communications and interactions
