About The Position

We're a fast-paced and fun operation that helps people in our community get rid of unwanted items, responsibly. And, we do it like no one else with our professional, on-time service and friendly uniformed team.We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are looking for an entirely new employment experience. Shop Location: Clearwater, FL serving the greater Pinellas County area

Requirements

A great attitude! Previous customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
21+ years of age and a valid driver's license (required for insurance purposes)
Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced, fun, physical working environment. Able to lift at least 75+ lbs repeatedly!
Enjoy talking with customers on site residentially or commercially!

Nice To Haves

Experience in delivery, warehouse, retail, hospitality, sales, customer service or general labor is preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver Top-Notch Service: Impress our customers with your upbeat attitude and dedication to quality service.
Drive & Load With Care: Collaborate with your team to safely and efficiently operate and load trucks.
Remove Unwanted Items: Tackle both light and heavy lifting during residential and commercial cleanouts.
Promote Sales: Be a brand ambassador—offer honest estimates and represent us with professionalism.
Prioritize Safety: Follow safety guidelines and always maintain a polished, uniformed appearance.
Training: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

Benefits

Pay is up to $24 an hour (Base Pay + Profit Share + Tips)
Full Time Hours consisting of 3-4 weekday shifts + 1 weekend shift expectation!
